The decision-making procedures of The United Church of Canada are governed by: 1) the by-laws as stated in The Manual; and b), as noted in The Manual Appendix, Section 3.7.

The working group was established by the Executive of the General Council in Spring 2024 to consider governance and funding of the Benefits Plan of The United Church of Canada.
