Chinook Winds Region is hosting The United Church of Canada’s General Council 45 (GC45) from August 7-11, 2025 at the Telus Convention Centre in Calgary. We need volunteers to help make GC45 a great experience for all commissioners, global partners and guests.
Below is a list of the volunteer roles. We hope many of you will be able to sign up for more than one shift. You may consider helping in different roles over the five days.
We need to know how many are willing to step up and help no later than December 8, 2024. That may seem early to you for an event not starting until August 2025 but the planning of such a large meeting takes a lot of work. Come January 2025, we need to be finalizing details; hopefully not looking for volunteers.
